I’ve decided to add two more classes to the schedule to accommodate those who cannot attend the 11:30am class.
I’ve added two Wednesday classes at 8:30pm. This will set you up for a peaceful sleep.

A 4-week live online experience — starts June 1
The Heart Coherence Circle is a live online gathering where we practice coming back into the heart, regulating the nervous system, and creating more brain-heart coherence. Each week includes two live sessions with me, plus recordings of everything.
What's included:
6 Monday/Wednesday - Healing Frequency Sessions — breath, sound, nervous system regulation, and heart coherence practices.
4 Friday Office Hours — ask me anything about mindset, subconscious reprogramming, or vibrational medicine. This is an opportunity to receive guidance and support.
