Hello friends,

This is just a quick hello today, as the week seemed to fly by with client sessions and my children being back home from Hawaii.

I had a beautiful week supporting clients at Bosnar Clinic, where I work as a Functional Medicine Health Coach, helping people make meaningful diet and lifestyle changes in support of their healing.

One session in particular stayed with me.

I was working with a client in the early stages of cognitive decline, and while we reviewed the nutritional and lifestyle support, what was most present in the room was the emotional weight they were carrying. Beneath the surface was a deep fear of becoming a burden to their spouse.

It was such a tender reminder that healing is never only physical.

So often, what hurts most is not just what the body is going through, but the meaning we attach to it. So many thoughts of fear and guilt that quietly begin to shape how we see ourselves.

In that session, I was able to help this client see another perspective, create a little more space around the guilt, and regulate their nervous system enough to feel more grounded and supported in the moment.

It reminded me again that so much of the work I do, whether through health coaching, nervous system support, or reprogramming the subconscious mind — is first helping people come back to themselves in the middle of what feels overwhelming.

Sometimes healing begins there, not when everything is fixed, but when we can be seen and heard and know we are not alone.

That is why mindset work matters too.

Because the thoughts we think, the words we repeat, and the meaning we give to our circumstances all shape how we move through life. And when we begin to shift those patterns, we shift what is possible.

Mindset Freedom Class 2

Last week, I shared Week 1 of my Mindset Freedom course with you, and I got such wonderful feedback that I decided to share Class 2 also for free.

In this class, we go into the importance of present moment awareness, how to get better at it and a practice on working with negative dominant thoughts.
