How to stop repetitive thoughts

Hello beautiful community,

Today I did something different! I decided to record my message in a video! Yup!

Mostly because I didn’t feel like writing. 😊 Release resistance I say! Resist nothing….that’s probably a topic for another day. lol

In this video I give my two simple easy steps to release thoughts or feelings that are repetitive and in a negative loop. Essentially it comes down to saying this to yourself:

“I release these feelings / thoughts to spirit”.….enjoy!

Keep in mind, these are for thoughts and feelings that are not serving you and you know you would like them to stop. Of course, we experience other thoughts and feelings that do need to be heard and seen lovingly by a professional or loved one.

The path to everything is to resist nothing. 😍
