Costa Rica Retreat - Madly In Love With Me

If you’re in Toronto today, you know it’s one of those snowy, slow-down kind of days. It felt like the perfect moment to share something special—a retreat a friend of mine is hosting.

If you’ve been craving some true downtime for yourself, personal development and some serious self-care then this may be for you. My friend Rachael is offering a beautiful experience in Costa Rica. I was seriously considering joining, but unfortunately the dates don’t align with my schedule this time.

The retreat is called - Madly In Love With Me - January 31 - Feb 7, 2026. The retreat will be filled with daily yoga, meditation and workshops.
